Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Premium features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy.
You may use Konkani.ai solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes to learn the Konkani language and explore Konkani culture.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, audio, lessons, exercises, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Block Nexus Labs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or its contents.
The konkani.ai name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Block Nexus Labs. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
The lessons, articles, recipes, and other educational content provided through Konkani.ai are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this content.
Our AI chat feature uses OpenAI's technology to provide language practice and tutoring. AI-generated responses:

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account through the app settings. Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:
